Working with us.
The short version. Month to month. No start fee. You own your content. Nothing gets posted without your yes. We can't promise results, but we do the work, post a lot and tell you what's working every week.
1. What we do
We plan your marketing, help you with what to say, edit what you film, make clips, pictures and posts, and post them on your page and on clip pages we run for you. We also run a client app, and build websites and small AI tools. What you get each month is what your plan and your extras say on our price list.
2. The free trial
- We plan one long video for you. You film it. We cut it into clips marked as a sample.
- You see your app, set up for your business. Nothing gets posted.
- It costs nothing and you don't need a card. The samples are only for you to look at until you join.
3. Plans and payment
- Plans are month to month. There is no start fee and no contract.
- You pay each month, before the month starts.
- Anything past your plan is charged at the prices on our price list. Unused amounts do not roll over.
- Custom work, like animated videos, course modules or ads, gets a written quote first. We may ask for half up front.
- Our prices do not include GST yet. If we register for GST, we will add it and tell you first.
- If a payment is more than 14 days late, we pause posting until it is paid.
4. Leaving
Give us 14 days' notice, any time. When you leave, we hand over the logins to your clip pages, and you keep everything we posted. We stop using your content.
5. Your content
- You own the videos, photos and words you give us.
- You let us edit them and post them for you while you are a client.
- You own the clips and posts we make for you once they are paid for.
- Only send us things you have the right to use. If people are in your videos, make sure they are happy to be shown.
- We may show your work as an example of ours, only if you say yes.
6. Approvals
You tap yes on each week's posts in your app. Nothing goes out before that. If we don't hear back, we wait. We don't post on your behalf without your yes.
7. Results
No one can promise results on social media. We do the work, post a lot, keep what works and tell you plainly every week. The apps change their rules, and a page can be limited by an app. We follow each app's rules and fix things fast when they happen.
8. AI
We use AI tools to help make your content. A person checks it before you see it. Made-up people and characters are labelled where the app or the law asks.
9. Your rights under Australian law
Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If we don't deliver what we agreed, we will fix it or refund that part. Beyond what the law allows, our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.
10. This website
The examples on this site are made up, and made with AI. The contact form saves a note on your device until our inbox opens.
11. Changes and the law
We may update these terms. We will tell clients before a change affects them. These terms follow Queensland law.
